When you receive your shipment, please inspect the packaging carefully, and note with the delivery driver any damage to the packaging at the time. If possible, take pictures and send them to us – and we will assist you in replacing your order. The customer must notify us of damaged, defective and/or missing items within two business days. Returns must be made within 30 days of delivery. All returns must be returned with their original packaging and all accessories. We stand behind all items we ship and offer a money back guarantee on any defective goods, provided you return them. A restocking fee of 15% will apply to returns that are not in brand new, sellable condition (including packaging).

If you would like to return your item, you must first email us for a “Return Authorization”. Please indicate if you would like a REFUND or EXCHANGE. We will provide authorization within 24 hours along with the shipping information for the return. Once we have received your return, we will process your refund within (3) business days to the original payment method you used at checkout.

The customer is responsible for return freight and will not be refunded original outgoing freight charges unless item is defective or damaged during original outgoing shipment.
