Ground shipping is FREE on all orders over $150, apart from a few minor exceptions that will be marked clearly on the product page.
We ship all orders via Fedex Ground, unless you select Express Shipping at checkout, or the item is over 140 lbs. If the item is over 140 lbs., we will ship it with a trucking company.
Orders ship within 24 hours of the order being placed. This time period applies to weekdays only, and excludes weekends and holidays. If an order must go out the same day it is received, we can attempt to make this happen if you call and request it. We make no guarantee on this, as it depends on the time our Fedex pickup is made.
You should receive your item within 1 to 5 days after we ship it and send you a shipping confirmation. Guaranteed transit time only applies to Express orders. We are not held responsible for acts of god or delays of service for extreme situations.
We offer FedEx Express expedited shipping rates. These service levels do not include the time required to prepare your order. Certain items, such as aerosols and lithium ion batteries cannot be expedited due to hazardous material regulations. All orders to Alaska and Hawaii must be shipped via Express. We only offer 2-Day and Overnight shipping speeds on orders to these states.
When you receive your shipment, please inspect the packaging carefully, and note with the delivery driver any damage to the packaging at the time. If possible, take pictures and send them to us – and we will assist you in replacing your order. The customer must notify us of damaged, defective and/or missing items within two business days. Returns must be made within 30 days of delivery. All returns must be returned with their original packaging and all accessories. We stand behind all items we ship and offer a money back guarantee on any defective goods, provided you return them.
Please allow 3-5 business days for returns to be inspected and credited once received. Your refund will be credited to the original payment method used.
The customer is responsible for return freight and will not be refunded original outgoing freight charges unless item is defective or damaged during original outgoing shipment.
